I genuinely believe it’s all about Communication.

With over 25 years’ experience working in international business, I’m convinced that the key to building an exceptional and sustainable business is Excellent Communication and I want to empower more leaders and their teams to create and roll out effective communication strategies that make a real difference.

In my most recent role, I spent ten years in France and Luxembourg as Head of Communications within the global steel and mining company, ArcelorMittal supporting more than 300 teams from sites around the world before launching my own business in 2015.

I still have my own hard hat and steel cap shoes. I speak fluent French, and bien sûr I have a real love of French wine, cheese and baguettes!

Today, I love to work with large and small corporate organisations, advising, coaching and mentoring business owners, managers and their teams to develop strategies for consistent growth, build trust and attract more of the right kind of people and clients to their business.

A huge champion for small business, and a massive believer in the fact that people do business with people, I’m on a mission to share my love for small business and to help you to harness the power of people, relationships and goodwill and reap the benefits of what I refer to in my book as the “TripAdvisor effect.

I live and work on the side of a big hill overlooking Whaley Bridge, a beautiful village on the edge of the Peak District with my husband Paul, daughter Ellia, stepson Josh and crazy chocolate Labrador, Kylo Ren.

A massive Star Wars fan, I love to spend my time running, cooking, reading, and listening to books and podcasts about yep, all things business.
