Who want to feel more confident and in control when it comes to their marketing and communications activity. Who want to tap into the huge reservoir of positive energy that comes from other business owners.

A clear and effective marketing and communications strategy is a key foundation of any business.

Yet businesses are often unable to achieve their full potential in this area. It could be owing to lack of time. Lack of resource. Or simple know-how. After all, how we engage with our wider community of customers, suppliers and staff, is forever evolving in our digital age.

I coach organisations, typically with over 25 people, who want to achieve a greater return on their marketing and communications activities.

My first step when working with a new client is to spend time simply listening to them to really understand the challenges they face. What they see as their business goals and objectives. Who their customers are – not only those they have now and want to keep but those they want to attract.

We work together to determine the business brand and its core values, and develop a clear approach to messaging and communications.

We do that through my 5-step INSIDE OUT framework.
